Fishbowl’s annual Emerging Brands Report identifies brands that are best positioned to succeed in the year ahead. These brands exhibit strong promise of growth and embrace progressive developments that are innovative and unique. When this year’s list of Emerging Brands was initially compiled via survey nomination and analysis, COVID-19 was not yet part of the equation. Times have changed quickly – and the restaurant industry is taking some of the biggest financial hits. Although in-store dining has been curtailed, off-premise dining is thriving.
